The Conrad Hotels & Resorts is opening the world’s first-ever underwater hotel residence. The two-story villa is set more than 15ft below the Indian Ocean. It includes a private gym, bar, infinity pool, even an ocean-facing bathtub. It’s not for everyone though, mainly because of the price tag. A cool $50,000 per night will get you a room here. But it’s only accessible via a four-night, $200,000 package that includes a personal chef for all meals and the use of a private boat.
