India’s first domestic luxury cruises set sail from Mumbai to Goa and from Goa to Mumbai last month, covering the journey in 14-hours and giving the passengers a lively and relaxing stay

Sailing through the sea from Mumbai to Goa
is no more a fantasy,
but a dream come true for many. With the opening of India’s and Goa’s first
luxury cruise anchored in Goa last month, the passengers experienced a sense of
joy and nostalgia as they remembered the good old days of the steamers that sailed
from Mumbai to Goa. India’s first domestic luxury cruise liner, Angriya
launched as a joint venture by Mumbai Port Trust and Angriya Sea Eagle Private
Limited. The cruise got its name from the first Maratha Navy Admiral (Sarkhel)
Kanhoji Angre and the great Angria bank coral reef near Vijaydurg, Maharashtra.

Angriya sails four times weekly between
Mumbai and Goa. Departs from Mumbai at 4 pm and arrives at Goa at 9 am and vice

Wharf while it boards at Mormugao Cruise Terminal, Main Land Sada, Mormugao,

Angriya is a 14-hour voyage that will sail
along the pristine Konkan Coast, unfolding its coral diversity and royal sea
forts along the way.
